Behavior Technician

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician at Aspire Spectrum, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and community. You’ll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans that build meaningful skills and support family goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior support plans and data collection procedures.
• Facilitate play-based learning and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members to promote generalization.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental differences preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in-home settings.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish/Hindi strongly preferred.
